At Signs & Stripes, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Orders

Since most of our products are custom-made (including custom signs, decals, graphics, and wraps), all sales are final once the order has been approved and production has started. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • There is an error made by us in the production process.

2. Errors or Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by our team:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.

  • If the error is confirmed, we will remake and ship the corrected item at no additional cost.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before production has started.

  • Once the design is approved and production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item is damaged during shipping:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work on a resolution.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom signs

  • Personalized decals

  • Custom graphics

  • Sale or discounted items
